Our daughter’s wedding was last October 31 at the Ritz Carlton Chicago and what a magnificent treat it was thanks to Jan. From the moment the planning started, Jan got us with all the right people. She took us to see the Ritz and one other hotel venue. She told us why she loved the two venues and she was Right. She made appointments with everyone we had to see and went with us every time. The people she recommends and work with, HMR, Rendezvous music, Frost Lighting, and Phil Farber photography to just mention a few, are wonderful to work with and make for a memorable event. Jan does a beautiful job of capturing all the important — and sometimes invisible — details and making sure that all the vendors come together in one unified team to execute truly memorable events. I’ve worked with Jan on many events. One, a wedding a few years ago at a private club in Chicago, was quite simply a labor of love on her part. Endless details could have stacked up to create a giant headache. But Jan, in her inimitable way, kept a calm but razor-sharp eye on everything.
